Send documents to Drive and Notion
Campbooks files the documents that arrive with your email. When you want one to live somewhere your team already works, you can send it to Google Drive or Notion on demand.
Connect an integration
- Go to Settings → Integrations.
- Connect Google Drive and/or Notion and approve the access on the provider's consent screen.
You only need to do this once per workspace.
Send a document
- Open a document from Documents.
- Choose Send to Drive or Send to Notion.
- Drive — browse to an existing folder or create a new one, then upload.
- Notion — pick a workspace, then either fill in a database (Campbooks shows one field per database property, with files going to a files property) or create a subpage under a page you choose.
Automate it
You don't have to do this by hand every time. Both integrations are available as workflow actions, so an arriving email's attachments can be uploaded to Drive or added to a Notion database automatically — see Build a workflow. You can also send an email's attachments to Drive straight from Scout or the command menu.
:::note Notion without a public app If your Campbooks instance isn't configured with a Notion public integration (common when self-hosting), you can still connect Notion by pasting an internal integration token under Settings → Integrations → Notion. :::
