Invite your team and share an inbox
Campbooks is built for small teams as well as individuals. You can invite colleagues into your workspace and share a mailbox or calendar with exactly the access each person needs.
Invite a colleague
- Go to Settings → Team (or Members).
- Send an invitation to their email address.
- They'll get a link to join your workspace and set up their account.
Share a mailbox
Sharing is per-account and per-person, so you decide who can do what:
- View — read and triage the shared inbox.
- Send — also reply and send from it.
Open the email account in settings and add the colleague at the level you want. Permissions are enforced everywhere — the inbox, Scout, and workflows all respect who's allowed to see and send.
Share a calendar
Calendars can be shared too, with viewer, editor, or manager access, mirroring how mailboxes are shared. Set this up under Settings → Calendars.
Work together on a thread
Shared inboxes turn email into a place your team can actually collaborate: colleagues can discuss a thread together, and Scout joins in when you mention it — so the context stays with the message instead of scattering across chat.
:::tip Least access that works Start people on View, and grant Send only where someone genuinely needs to reply on the account's behalf. You can change access at any time. :::
